Why hire a wedding planner?
Statistics show that the average wedding takes approximately 250 hours to plan (that is equivalent to over 6 full work weeks!). A planner can save you time spent researching and planning. A planner can also help you prioritize your vendors, get your budget in order, provide qualified vendor referrals, accompany you to vendor meetings and know what questions to ask, review vendor contracts, negotiate on your behalf, and save you money. Not to mention, a wedding planner provides creative décor and design ideas. And that final month prior to your wedding, a planner will confirm your vendors, make a timeline, run your rehearsal, and be there to make sure that you, your family, and friends enjoy a totally stress-free day.
What makes you qualified to be Professional Wedding Planner?
We have nearly 10 years combined experience planning events. Our team is trained regularly, so they has skills to handle problems in every situation.
I am already working with a Catering Manager at my venue, and he/she is very helpful. Why do I need your help?
Typically, Catering Managers at hotels or venues have the job of overseeing the wedding details that are directly related to the venue (and sometimes the food and beverage as well). It is not in their job description to confirm your vendors, run your rehearsal, oversee the vendors on your wedding day, cue you down the aisle at your ceremony, and make sure all of the day’s events are running according to schedule. As professional Wedding Coordinators, our services supplement the services offered by your Catering Manager, Banquet Manager & Staff, and other vendors.
Do you have ideas on how to make my wedding special, unique, and memorable?
Do we ever! One of our favorite parts of our jobs is working with our clients to brainstorm and create whatever is necessary to make their weddings extra-special and tailored to their personalities, likes, and desires.
How do you determine which vendors to recommend to each of your clients?
We tailor all vendor referrals to fit the specific client based on their style, personality, and budget. After meeting with you and getting to know more about you and your wedding, we send you vendor referrals that are selected especially for YOU!
Will I lose control of my own wedding after hiring a Planner?
Definitely not! Your wedding is YOUR event, not ours. We are there to help and guide you through the planning process, not to take over. We will give you as much or as little help as you want.
Will you be at my wedding / Event?
Absolutley! Your coordinator will be the person you see most on your day. We may have an assistant, or several, with us as well but your coordinator will be the go to person overseeing the details from the minute vendors begin to arrive for drop offs until the very last candle is blown out & the votives are put away at the end of the night.
Will you eat, drink & dance during the reception? How comfortable will you make yourself?
Since weddings tend to be at least a 12 hour day, vendor meals during the reception are appreciated. However, we are there to do a job, therefore we will absolutley not be drinking any alcohol.
When is a good time to start planning for my wedding?
Ideally you should begin planning for your wedding 8 to 12 months ahead of the event. Popular wedding services, venues and suppliers require to be booked well in advance. However we recognise that this may not always be the case for whatever reason and we can help.
Where do you plan weddings?
We plan weddings in Bali, Jakarta, Bandung – Indonesia. We work with vendors in each territory full time who are very active in the wedding industry. However, we are willing to travel worldwide to plan and execute your events, so don’t hesitate to ask.
Can you help me with my destination wedding?
Of course we can! We love destination weddings! We have worked with many couples that don’t live in their wedding city. We have structured our services so that the couples always have an advocate on the ground. Our programs include a unique communication structure between you and your planner. We pride ourselves on building solid relationships with our clients, so you don’t have to worry about feeling like a stranger at your own wedding. With modern technology there are many ways to connect with each other and we make sure we get to know you and your desires as we plan your wedding. We work with local service providers and our industry partners to create your vision in your ideal destination.
